Permission issue: paperless-ngx docker setup

I started everything with a docker-compose up -d. It just works for me. The files are based on https://github.com/paperless-ngx/paperless-ngx/blob/d94ca2962ebe2758b80d9deae01a20953f0edc46/docker/compose/docker-compose.postgres-tika.yml
