  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale

  • AlDente-Charge-Limiter

macOS menubar tool to set Charge Limits and prolong battery lifespan

  • As for battery-care I use AlDente to keep the battery from staying at 100% all the time.

  • macs-fan-control

    Control fans on Apple computers

  • Temperatures are about 50-60c average on the CPU (I use Macs Fan Control to monitor it, didn't want to pay for iStat Menus). I leave the fan control on automatic right now and sometimes I do hear the fans but they aren't anywhere near max. Sometimes bursty workloads can kick the temps and fans up a bit though.

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.

  • charge-limiter

macOS app to set battery charge limit for Intel MacBooks

  • I don't see it being a problem. I too use something similar to u/TerminatorXPS15 charge limiter to keep my device consistantly in around 80% state. I don't use my macbook in portable mode so battery charge cycle is still at 2. = )
