and what I want to do is load the cookie from localStorage (or the window) onto store before the component loads. If you look on tailwindcss.com, you can see how if you select another theme then reload, it's automatically that theme. But right now, it flashes the light theme, then goes to dark. How do I get the functionality like tailwind's?
