The private and public keys (and therefore the addresses) are mathematically derived from the seed-words. The seed words get hashed and turned into a number, and on this number the operations are performed. You can see it in action using https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ but don't use your actual seed words Let the site generate a dummy-seed for you.
