  3. orgstrap

    Executable Org files

Call https://github.com/tgbugs/orgstrap/blob/master/orgstrap to set up the emacs build environment.

  4. scimax

An emacs starterkit for scientists and engineers

Anyway, if you want something geared toward scientific usage, there is Scimax by J. Kitchin. There may be some others, but I am not aware off.

  5. prelude

Prelude is an enhanced Emacs 25.1+ distribution that should make your experience with Emacs both more pleasant and more powerful.

How do you know? You said you want "fully setup" :) Prelude? Spacemacs? Your own version?

  6. docker-tools

Dockerfiles for Flycheck continuous integration (by flycheck)

The previous replies are great, because they hammer home the point that you can always do it in emacs. I was unaware of the :; shebang hack. For running in batch mode only, you could use a minimal emacs build without X support. [You can even do it in docker](https://github.com/flycheck/docker-tools).

  7. InfluxDB

InfluxDB – Built for High-Performance Time Series Workloads. InfluxDB 3 OSS is now GA. Transform, enrich, and act on time series data directly in the database. Automate critical tasks and eliminate the need to move data externally. Download now.
