pfatt
Enable true bridge mode for AT&T U-Verse and pfSense (this is a fork of an original repository https://github.com/aus/pfatt. Since it is not available anymore, I'll do my best to maintain a copy for people that still need a bypass)

status.im (this one got a lot of attention a few years ago)
Since November, I've had random internet outages that don't recover until my firewall is restarted. I'm using pfatt to bypass the AT&T gateway. When it happens, the pfSense log starts flooding with arpresolve: can't allocate llinfo for x.x.x.x on ngeth0 where x.x.x.x is the address obtained by the residential gateway. I did notice that my pfatt script was missing a section that others with Intel NICs are using to disable vlanhwfilter on the ONT and RG interfaces, so I added that, but it was working fine for a long time without it. In my troubleshooting, I also noticed that despite being disabled in the advanced networking settings, net.inet.tcp.tso was enabled in system tuneables, so I disabled it there and, for good measure, in /boot/loader.conf.local.
