In case i pass this entry barrier, you basically trust the security implementation of the downstream service though? For example, i think about exposing my FileBrowser instance in order to easily share some files with my friends/family. Personally i am more concerned about some flaw in the login-mechanism of that application than some ddos attack on my server.
