I've been excited about making the leap into AwesomeWM with https://github.com/intrntbrn/awesomewm-vim-tmux-navigator as currently w/o I often mistakenly use my vim/tmux bindings when trying to switch windows to say firefox.

What resources did you use for setting up your xmonad.hs? I mainly cribbed from Ethan Schoonover's setup but that's only because his was the most interesting result from a low-effort google. There was a lot I changed or got rid of entirely and there are still some things that aren't quite right for me.
