I don't have personal experience in using it, but Ruffle is a new Flash player that can run in browsers via WebAssembly. It can run many old games already, it seems. It might be worth a shot for the existing flash games.
Beyond that, I've seen some people recommend Phaser to do the sort of work that used to be done in Flash. Unfortunately, Flash was killed without a valid 1:1 replacement. The easy to use HTML5/WebGL toolkit just didn't appear as it was expected to.
