Jidoujisho also has a built-in reader, but I haven't tried it yet.

  3. ebook-reader

Online e-book reader that supports Yomichan

http://read.hibiscus.moe/ and https://reader.ttsu.app/ (github page) have toggles for furigana/ruby text. The Jidoujisho app I mentioned before runs an offline version of ッツ reader, so perhaps it also supports toggling the furigana?

  4. bibi

Bibi | EPUB Reader on your website.

    https://bibi.epub.link/ another web reader

  5. koreader

An ebook reader application supporting PDF, DjVu, EPUB, FB2 and many more formats, running on Cervantes, Kindle, Kobo, PocketBook and Android devices

If you're on Android check out KOReader, its Japanese text selection algorithm is very good, and can handle conjugated words well. I think you can install KOReaders on kindle devices too, but that requires a jailbroken device.
