If you're willing to separate the functionality then AUTOMATIC1111 or InvokeAI are both great UI's for SD, and there is a separate dedicated UI for Dreambooth (StableTuner) that may be worth a try. It's based on the Shivam Dreambooth so you may have to make some adjustments to your workflow since it works differently from Fastben. I have not used it, but it seems to have all the bells and whistles that you can tweak to get the best out of Dreambooth.
