Unfortunately, LAN play isn't available. If you're trying to trade you might be able to use sysbot when it supports Gen 9, however I'm not sure how it works. You could also try finding someone that has a hacked Switch and giving them the file for your Pokemon and have them trade it back to you.
This isn't the case with local multiplayer as the wireless connection isn't compatible with Ryujinx. The reason you need a hacked switch is so can load ldn_mitm onto your Switch, so it can turn your local wireless connection into a LAN connection.
