keepassxc
KeePassXC is a cross-platform community-driven port of the Windows application “Keepass Password Safe”.
Enpass (which is another password manager) also allows you to sync your vault locally via WLAN and without cloud (sync between folders is also possible), but their portable client is sadly out of date for quite some time, so I decided to use KeePassXC / KeePassDX.
For that I use Syncthing, which allows me to synchronize locally (and without the need for a cloud) between various devices, in a simple and practical way.

Netguard, because it lets me limit internet access to the apps I want to have Internet access. Also, because I use the GitHub version, it has ad blocking capability.
