  • I am sorry no one is replying to you. I have used bootstrap only a couple of times and I always found a better way to get the job done, but I know that is not always the case. My 2 cents on the matter are: first of all try to get everything on the same .dta and use a dummy to distinguish observations from the two files. Secondly, I would try to look for examples online of people using bootstrap, like the one at the of this page. Try to start from his code and change it a little bit at the time to spot mistakes.
