Project mention: New to Homebridge - Having issues with temperature conversions between Celcius and Farenheit. | /r/homebridge | 2023-07-14

Doing a bit of digging, I found the Charaacteristic definition in https://github.com/homebridge/HAP-NodeJS/blob/master/src/lib/definitions/CharacteristicDefinitions.ts. I'm still a bit new to Typescript... what would the best way / place for me to modify this Characteristic? Do I need to just make this change here and basically run a custom version of Homebridge?
