So far, the Desktop version of your first link is the one most like what I had in mind. It's called Whispering and it's really fantastic. I love the feature of assigning a keyboard shortcut to start and stop recording then it copies the text to the clipboard and pastes it. So far, this is exactly what I had in mind. Wait, why am I typing?, I just remembered that I can dictate now. Thanks a lot, I really appreciate your help.
