I need a minimal CSS framework to use as a basis to extend for a new project. I hate bloated CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind. My ideal CSS framework would have SCSS components, well thought defaults to deal with different device sized, a decent user-base, a pre-made darkmode and less than 20KB when minimized.
