youtube2Anki VS image-occlusion-enhanced

When using Youtube2Anki Chrome extension to add cards via the AnkiConnect add-on the cards by default go to a new deck simply called "blank". It's not the end of the world, as everything works as intended and I was intending to create a new deck for this anyway.

I am having the same problem as described here a few years back where nearly every time I click orange square (or cmd + shift + o) to edit my Image Occlusion card, the image is off-center. Doesn't seem like much but I bulk import and so after doing this for 4 lectures worth of material daily, it adds up to a lot of clicks/frustration. Does anyone have a solution?
