query-json: A story of cross-compilation with Reason
Started with the goal to create something useful and learn during the process. Was very interested in learning about how to write parsers and compilers using the OCaml stack: menhir and sedlex, compile it to any architecture and try to compile it to JavaScript.
What are some alternatives?
When comparing yojson and sedlex you can also consider the following projects:
js_of_ocaml - Compiler from OCaml to Javascript.
otoml - TOML parsing, manipulation, and pretty-printing library for OCaml (fully 1.0.0-compliant)
query-json - Faster, simpler and more portable implementation of `jq` in Reason
bs-json - Compositional JSON encode/decode library for BuckleScript
jsoo-react - js_of_ocaml bindings for ReactJS. Based on ReasonReact.
bs-emotion - BuckleScript bindings to Emotion
