yaru VS gnome-colors-icon-theme

Part of this is inspired by a recent pull request: https://github.com/ubuntu/yaru/issues/3938

That's using a camel, but it's not anything like the O'Reilly camel and that in itself is what some people find a bit confusing.

I really like the ubuntu yaru theme. It is close to the libadwaita theme but with more colors. https://github.com/ubuntu/yaru
