For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

My solution to that is: https://github.com/xkcd386at/scripts/blob/master/usff -- run firefox under different Unix userids. This way I only have to watch for issues that cause privilege escalation (i.e., an exploit that gives root access). These are pretty rare in general, but even more so if the attackers access is only via a browser

not "on-topic" for vim per se, but https://github.com/xkcd386at/scripts/blob/master/fzfm and https://github.com/xkcd386at/scripts/blob/master/laziercli are examples of how far I have taken fzf (not fzf within vim, but fzf at the command line)

Vifm is one of the most underrated FM's out there. The one I see most often mentioned (let's call it 141414) is so useless for almost anything out of the ordinary I started to think they're all gas lighting the rest of us when they praise it!

get the script at https://github.com/xkcd386at/scripts/blob/master/cve-compare-firefox-chrome; it's only about 20 lines of shell, using gron and datamash and perl

Persisting and sharing Insomnia projects using Git
4 projects | dev.to | 22 Nov 2022
The last icing on top of this solution is running the Insomnia process in the background. When using the alias from before, it will occupy a terminal until Insomnia exits. This is no big deal, but in the interest of keeping things clean, I've opted to run the command in a tmux session. Out of sight, out of mind.

So I use tmux and use the vimux plugin to create panes for the code to run (similar to vscode).

Good article. This was 2015 (!)
A few years later, I released The Tao of tmux, available for free online: https://leanpub.com/the-tao-of-tmux/read.
Random: this is a lean, cross-platform program I used in the status line for ages: https://github.com/thewtex/tmux-mem-cpu-load
tmux has been getting steady updates throughout the years: https://github.com/tmux/tmux/blob/master/CHANGES. It's nice to see a program that does one thing, very well and gets such quality attention.
Turning Linux Into a Usable Lispy Machine?

I was curious if anyone here had some software they could recommend? I am having a hard time finding an alternative for tmux, slock, dmenu, and st though I am researching. I am also researching archiving and compression libraries in 100% Common Lisp to replace tar and such. I am also reading over the source code for cl-git as I know I will not find a Lisp implementation that does not rely on C for git protocol :(
