Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Building an application with Go and SQLite
We will build a CLI application that accesses a SQLite database. I'm going to use The WMenu package from Dixonwille for this, so we have an interface for our data. We'll use this menu and a scanner to accept input to interact with our database.

Getopt like argument parser for Golang.
There isn't enough compelling reasons to use your library as mentioned by n4jm4 there is already docopt. https://github.com/docopt/docopt.go or the standard flag library.
