Bunny fonts – privacy respecting drop-in replacement for Google Fonts
I pair it with Widescreen browsing for overriding page width to get a good readable line length.

Files are hard
Whilst I'd love for extensions like https://github.com/nilshellerhoff/widescreen-browsing to be a standard browser feature and accessibility settings like page width up to the reader, reality of the modern web is pages are rendered explicitly how the browser is told to render them and outside of ad blocking users who modify this are a small minority.

Bunny fonts – privacy respecting drop-in replacement for Google Fonts
Toggle Fonts, the only problem I have with it is that it also disables icon fonts, so I have to toggle it off on occasion for sites like Google Takeout.
