MASTODON WE COME!
Some nerdy details:The open source app is written in MacPython 1.5.2. In order to run it there's a bunch of tinkering required. You need to enable Open Transport Networking (Apple Extras - Network Software selector). You will also need Internet Config 1.4. In there you have to play a bit around with the DNS-settings for it to actually find anything. Furthermore you need to host a WebOne HTML proxy on a modern machine to bypass the SSL-requirement of Mastodon. The latter can be assigned globally in the Internet Config too. To sign in into your Mastodon instance you also may need something like iCap which worked for me to complete the sign in process.Expect to do some troubleshooting (since nothing will work haha) or maybe don't do it altogether since OS 7 is everything but a piece of software you want to connect to the internet.

Probably InterWebPPC, a fork of the now defunct TenFourFox.

Just got two powermac g3s off Facebook market place for free, they work fully. Should I upgrade them to OS X 10?
Sorry, that’s old, outdated news about the browsers. There’s the ‘new’ InterWebPPC (“Mozilla for Power Macintosh”). Nobody has an excuse for not being able to browse much of the web on OS X 10.4 or 10.5 PowerPC machines today.

How do I connect my Cinema Display and Powermac G5 to the internet???
As a G5/G4 user myself I recommend installing tenfourfox or interweb ppc on the machine and con netting it to the router or switch with Ethernet as you did. With older browsers some websites don’t work as intended so they spit out some errors. ten four fox interweb ppc P.s. here some advice if you’re using a power Mac not all apps you find work on YouTube there are awesome communities that deal with retro machines and it could be entertaining and interesting follow they’re steps. this one in particular on YouTube is veri interesting and it explains awesome things on old computers and g5s.
