I am looking to machine my own keyboard housing
there's a few pcbs that are both open source and are sold in stock, some that come to mind are the waffling60 (link to store, link to github) and the plain60 (link to store, link to github). im sure you could find others in different layouts as well, these are just two that ive looked into before. dunno if the bakeneko files available and the cannonkeys pcb are the same, that might also be worth looking into

I made an open-source steno keyboard! Meet the Peridot!
I wanted to fill the niche of an open-source steno keyboard (https://github.com/nekoewen/peridot-steno) that’s easy to build, and that’s become a reality with the Peridot. It supports Choc and MX switches, and can use a basic Pro Micro. I have some PCBs (with plates) up for sale on weirdlittlekeebs.com, but feel free to make/sell/remix the design however you like.
What are some alternatives?
cyber60 - DIY-friendly 60% Bluetooth PCB using the nRF52840. MX, ALPS and SMK versions.
steno-dictionaries - Di's Plover-theory stenography dictionaries used by Typey Type for Stenographers.
plain60-c - Universally compatible 60% PCB with minimal layout support and USB-C
arisutea-pcb-stm32 - PCB design files for Arisutea STM32 Keyboard
The_Uni - A uni-board split ortholinear made for stenography. Uses QMK Firmware's Gemini Protocol. This is the pro micro version (aka Uni v2)
Lotus-Keyboard - A split ergo linear keyboard derived from the Lily58 family
Lost-NDS-TV - The Lost Nintendo DS Television Output, brought back to life
Awesome-Keebs - A collection of keyboards & things.
teensy-eurorack - Hardware Design: Eurorack shield for teensy 4.1 with 14 in / 16 out analog channels
ghoul - Ghoul Planck-like MicroMod keyboard
Seismos - A split keyboard that evolves the concept of the Zebra keyboard, but fancier
