Getting back to void with planning.
this (vpsm) may be what you're looking for. at first glance, it seems like it does what you want. i've never used it, so i can't vouch for how functional it is but if I find myself using void in the future, i'll probably give it a shot!

I'm thinking of swithing to void linux, is it like gentoo? do i have to compile packages like nvim?
