I think the short answer is no. If a feature like that wasn't already mentioned in the dev's notes, then someone will need to create a patch for it. I've never used vimium, but everything you need to know is on their github page here.

Vimmatic is really just a new version of Vim Vixen - changes here: https://github.com/ueokande/vimmatic/compare/v0.1.0...v0.2.1 - so I don't think it is as experimental as it sounds.
