How to hack NetRW plugin
My main aim lies with trying to figure out how this works for NetRW, so I can hack into it, for experimentation and pure curiosity, since I want to see the possibility of being able to add devicons into NetRW, and maybe implement a way to show colors with file names (inspired from vim-syntax-vidir-ls).

Worth noting Nerdtree’s repo is now at https://github.com/preservim/nerdtree and not at https://github.com/scrooloose/nerdtree

TERDTree plugin fails to launch.
Don't know what the state of the project is, but `https://github.com/scrooloose/nerdtree' redirects me to preservim/nerdtree. So maybe try using that as your install.
