nvim-lightbulb: Code action 💡 for neovim's built-in LSP.
The one at the top is the :h tabline. You can build your own without any plugins, but I use vim-crystalline to make my life easier.

Can't get nvim_exec to work.
My final goal is actually to use multiple lines to set some configs that I cannot set in Lua. Namely: the configurations for vim-crystalline

Since the first version of Wim was so well received by you awesome people, I'm working on the 2nd version which will have better and newer options (See comments)
Very cool your using my hackline.vim. Got to mention it was forked from skyline.vim, which actually has recent updates. They are two different styles for lightweight alternatives.
