Versoly comes with https://versoly.com/versoly-ui an opensource framework built on Tailwind and based on Bootstrap. You can copy buttons, tabs etc to other projects by copying the config file.

Super simple alternative to bootstrap for just the grid system?
I remember http://jeet.gs/ was pretty cool, I believe there was some kind of successor to it, but I forgot its name. At least the customization on that library was so much better than anything Bootstrap would offer and it's a dedicated library only for the grid system and comes without all that bloat.
