verilog-ext/vhdl-ext: SystemVerilog/VHDL extensions for Emacs
For SystemVerilog, svlangserver and veridian seem to work pretty well. They support flycheck diagnostics and find definition (but not references). svlangserver also provides a command to extract the design hierarchy.
