Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

How to check, something exist on XYZ website with Python? How Sherlock/UserRecon tools work?
I think about creating a tool for searching usernames across different sites on the internet. I know two tools for that (Sherlock and UserRecon), but I really want to create my own tool. In my opinion, this is the best way to learn language.

He's partly right. The way I understand it is that the tool he mentioned (Seeker) pretends to be a website the user is visiting and then asks for permission to get the location via GPS.
