I am disappointed by dynamic typing
Pharo has a good distribution system these days for libraries via GitHub and the Baselines package mechanism. You can always ship a full desktop program stripped of dev tools and source code or you can build web apps like any other typical web framework. We deploy them in docker images these days and this allows them to be orchestrated like any other containerized component.
