Could someone please suggest a cheap controller for PC? I've been using this for a while now but it's mapping is horrible and doesn't work in game half the time. I used Joystokey but even then it's not that great. Please help a brother out 🙏
And also install HidGuardian

Looking For USB Solution (Too Many USB Devices)
Devreorder as already linked works well, you can also use something like HidGuardian ( https://github.com/ViGEm/HidGuardian ) normally used with Joystrick Gremlin or UCR to prevent programs from seeing certain devices at all, which can be handy in various circumstances.

Use emulated controller while hiding the original
Hid Guardian (Last commit 2020-12-17)is discontinued, mentions a newer HidHide so if you're using HID Guardian, you might want to make the switch.
- HidGuardian in irffb?

Hide Controller Problem
If you install HIDGuardian, hide controller will *always* work, but you have to whitelist apps that you want to detect the controller individually as you launch them. It's not ideal, but it's the best solution I've found.

MWO Joystick question
So a problem may arise after you use VJOY/Gremlin to create a new combined virtual device. This problem is that some games won't show all devices as they stop enumerating after one or two. You will then need to use HIDGuardian https://github.com/ViGEm/HidGuardian to hide the individual devices so that only the newly created combined virtual device is shown. There are a large amount of youtube videos on both VJOY and Gremlin as they are used most often.
