From ADB, we can install applications without friction. First we need a new launcher. There are a number of options. I am using KeiKai launcher, but I have heard that Unlauncher is also good. Download the APK file.

How do you set up your phone for maximum productivity and to help minimize distractions? How do you make your phone minimal and clean looking? This is what mine looks like. One page, and everything else (social media, games etc) are all in the app library. I'd love to see yours!
