I've created a simple 2 container Pihole + Unbound Docker Setup for you to use
I'm not an unbound expert, but as far as I understand MatthewVance's image, unbound is already configured properly: https://github.com/MatthewVance/unbound-docker/blob/master/1.17.1/data/unbound.sh. I didn't want to go into detail how pi-hole or unbound works, since I think there is enough documentation on that.

Problems with unbound
I am successfully running pihole on a different machine, but am planning to migrate to a new docker host. I figured this would be a good time to configure pihole with unbound. I am attempting to run unbound in a docker container running on Opensuse leap and I am using this docker image.
- Need help w/ unbound

Pihole with Recursive DNS
You can also use Unbound for recursive DNS in a docker container: https://github.com/MatthewVance/unbound-docker

Need to setup lsio Nextcloud container using self-signed certs
I am trying to setup a Nextcloud Docker using the LSIO image(NC LSIO) as I need to have SMB/CIFS external storage support along with simplified docker-compose. I have also setup my own CA using the Step-CA ACME provisioner (Self CA using Step-CA) & use certbot on all my devices to generate the certs for all the devices & services as needed.

Nextlcoud stuck in step 3
I did so that wasn't the solution. Found this which is similar to what you said to do, and I found out that half way through the steps it worked again but then when I went back to the latest public release it broke again. Returning to using nextcloud:24.0.6-ls204 fixed the issue so I guess I'm sticking with that from now on.

How to solve "This version of Nextcloud is not compatible with PHP>=8.2." if you're running NC on a container.
If you are running into this issue as of recent, you're probably also running NC with this container.
- Updated Nextcloud docker and not working anymore. Getting '' This version of Nextcloud is not compatible with > PHP 8.0. You are currently running 8.1.18.'' Can someone help me? I'm on Unraid 6.11.5.

Nextcloud - External storages problems....
Since you're using the linuxserver.io docker container it should be very likely that someone else is or will be having the same problem. Like maybe this "[BUG] SMB in external storage doesn't work since the last update #303 " https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-nextcloud/issues/303

External Storage / Samba Error
Seems that there is already an opened Bug for this one.
