Any ddcutil-like open source monitor control software for Windows?
I found https://github.com/emoacht/Monitorian https://github.com/xanderfrangos/twinkle-tray, but they can't change other settings (color in this case) like gddccontrol in Xubuntu.

Easy way to hot-key brightness levels to a keypress, download TWINKLETRAY https://github.com/xanderfrangos/twinkle-tray You can then map brightness up/down using SWICD or JoyXOff to a button press/combination and set % step (i.e. 1%, 5%, 10% etc.)

I regretted installing Windows 11 on Steam Deck
Can't you just run the beta Steam Big Picture on startup and run SWICD for controller support outside of Steam and get 90% of default SteamOS functionality?

Windows 11 games with a launcher have no controller
You'll probably want to ask on r/WindowsOnDeck to get a better response, but I think there are two basic routes to try here. One is to try to force the Steam overlay to work with something like GloSSI or OSOL. The other is to use 3rd party drivers for the Deck's controls.
