So what you need is a microSD adapter for your PC, u-boot-qemu-arm64-2020.07, a recent u-boot.itb, idbloader.img and rk3328-rock64.dtb (compile them or get the 2020.07 from here https://github.com/krjdev/rock64_openbsd) and of course miniroot68.img.
