Yet another keyboard post, or, introducing ErgoNICE
I love having a split keyboard. It feels far more ergonomic than a single piece keyboard. Just relax your arms and put each half where your hands are. No having to bring your hands together and angle your wrists to get your hands in position.
The other piece of the puzzle for me is curvature. On a flat keyboard there is more stretching or physically moving but adding in a bit of curvature helps cut down on that.
For a few years now I have been using a Dactyl-ManuForm [1] and it has been great. At least for writing / programming. I go back to a regular keyboard for gaming purposes.

How do I wire my thumb cluster with amoeba pcbs?
These [two](https://i.imgur.com/idkihT7.jpeg) [pics](https://i.imgur.com/HmtXNor.jpeg) of some of my old builds should help show how they're wired. The wiring diagrams on the bottom of Tshort's original fork for the dactyl manuform [here](https://github.com/tshort/dactyl-keyboard) also illustrate how they should be wired.

4x6 Dactyl Manuform with Trackpoint -- First build
Thanks! I modeled some cases using both the original Clojure project (https://github.com/tshort/dactyl-keyboard) and the Python port (https://github.com/joshreve/dactyl-keyboard), but ultimately decided to use a vetted model from Jesse at DIY Keyboards (https://www.diykeyboards.com/). Jesse is absolutely wonderful and helped me a lot in the beginning. Support his shop if you can! I used his fork of the python generator to get the .stl files for printing (https://github.com/diykeyboards/dactyl-keyboard) as well as some tips from him on slicer settings.

Just wanted some help with making the Dactyl Mauform 4x5
Thanks a lot for those images! that explains a lot! :D Also I was using this as reference for wiring https://github.com/tshort/dactyl-keyboard/raw/master/resources/dactyl_manuform_left_wire_diagram.png I believe they are using the Serial one? Also will the TRRS jack have indications which pin is for which?

This is my first custom keyboard and thought "how bad can hand wiring be." I've drastically underestimated the time requirement lol
I ask $60 for a set with the necessary cables and RP2040 MCUs. I can ship to australia but it would likely be fairly expensive though. The PCBs are also designed to be used with my own fork of the dactyl, here.

No more lugging my keyboard between home and office (Dactyl Manuform 5x7, mixed MT3 key caps, Boba U4 Silent Tactile switches)
I can't speak for OP but IIRC the Carbonfet repo has a configurable file that lets you select for the alternative thumb cluster layout. I like it a lot more than the default Dactyl Manuform cluster. It's easier to access with your thumb with less stretching.

In progress hot-swap 7x5, thoughts for colour
Yeah I generated them with the help of Carbonfet github repo I can upload my version later. The right hand I used full support. The left I cut it in half and printed it in two pieces and glued it. This was way better and used minimal supports.

Help needed with wiring (keyswitch orientation problem, dactyl manuform 6x7)
It looks like you printed an STL that included nubs, but your switches don't support nubs. Those switches are supposed to be either North or South facing. See the first bullet point under "Features" from this link: https://github.com/carbonfet/dactyl-manuform

Thinking of building a dactyl manuform
I used the 5x7 fork from carbonfet for a while and really liked the thumbcluster of it. I currently use a 3x5+3 layout because I realized that I don't use a lot of the keys after integrating layers into my keymap and now I use a layout based on miryoku.

Loligagger Elite-C Holder gone?
I don't know if it would fit the case you've assumedly already printed, but my fork with those holders is here.

It seems like your questions was already answered in another thread, but it's my own thumb cluster, the fork itself is here. There are some slight differences between what's on my fork and these boards I have up for sale (mostly just changes to the MCU holder to accommodate the PCBs I use).

Questions about configuring a Dactyl Manuform shape
I want my keyboard to be as comfortable as possible because I got some bad RSI. I figured I would use this fork, because it has special mounts for a pro micro, an option to have the 7th column with 1u keycaps, and it should also work with kailh switches. I can already compile it and open it in openscad

Had fun with keycaps today
Go with the Carbonfet-Dactly, not the original, as it has a different thumb cluster arrangement. In the original only three to four buttons of the six are easily reachable, which is a bit annoying. Reconfiguring some of the 1.25u keys to be 1u can make it a bit easier to find keycaps.
What are some alternatives?
