How to approach publishing games with integrated decks of cards?
If you've got any experience with SVG and JavaScript, have a look at Togetherness Table. There are some example decks in there, Poker, Tarot, and one for my game called a Deckahedron. Check out the github page, it should be fairly easy to get up and running.
