tmux-resurrect and tmux-continuum are the utils I use to persist sessions across reboots. They have keybinds and options to make it either automatic or manual, but they save EVERYTHING down to the Neovim session (if you use those) for the session's working directory

HELP NEEDE! is there a way to restore the tmux previous session by using tmux resurrect plugin with a script rather then pression prefix+ctrl+r

Thanks for working on this! I've been using RyanMillerC/better-vim-tmux-resizer for a while and feel like it's pretty essential for my workflow.
- Use same tmux keybindings on both your local and nested remote tmux sessions painlessly! This lets you suspend your local session, so that you can interact with the nested remote session directly.
What are some alternatives?
