hinsightd a new webserver using io_uring
You might think so, but every time I've compared them to parallel incremental builds they come out faster! Re-parsing headers is more expensive than you might think. Another recent example: my fork of TomentRaycaster. My fork has both a traditional incremental build (Makefile) and a unity build (toment.c) so you can compare them side-by-side for yourself. Note: The incremental build targets Windows, but you can skip that part (windres) by touching src/icon.o ahead of time.
