ThumbsUp help? (New to Docker/Git/etc)
Hi! Hope this is the right place for this post. So, I've been working on a website on Neocities and one of the main things I've wanted to do on there is have a gallery where I can put all of my art, like, ever. I found ThumbsUp, which is meant to generate a static gallery from folders on your computer, to my understanding, and a website/html file to go with it. I have the folder all organized on my external hard drive (E:). However, I'm really unfamiliar with everything needed to do this lol. I've got Docker and Git downloaded, and in Git Bash I have tried running the commands here to install (?) it, but I'm getting an error:

How to set up environment to work in a package?
The tool is Sigal, posted on https://github.com/saimn/sigal. I've forked it already, and cloned it down to my own machine, and have the repo open in VSCode.
