PHP purchasable support?
I don't know about purchasable support specifically for the PHP engine as distinct from the software you develop on it - with any programming language if you think there's something wrong with the engine you could be right but most of the time it's your app that's wrong. But the https://thephp.foundation/ employs people to do a lot of the development of the engine, I think generally on a part-time basis, so if you have the budget you could approach one or more of the people there and ask if they can sell some sort of support contract.
