depends what you're looking for. for big, popular western cartoons, check the "tv" sections on this sub's wiki or the /r/FREEMEDIAHECKYEAH wiki. for anime, there's lots of websites to choose from at The Index. if you can't find the show you want on either of those, then i guess Kimcartoon could work.
