Banano to the moon
Easiest way is buy Matic, deposit to Metamask on Polygon, click SWAP, type in WBAN and grab it, then unwrap it for free here: https://wrap.banano.cc/ on the official bridge to your native Banano coin wallet, like Kalium or: https://thebananostand.com/

BAN FAM COMMUNITY CALL #40 RECAP!
Tech update: thebananostand is an awesome wallet, and it now has new features, such as requests for payments, requests to change rep... and message signing! Using an address you own and your private key, you can use message signing to prove to others you own the address! Check out github for more info and examples!

can someone tell me how to compile this

- Is Wban as good as ban?
-
just an opinion
DAG means banano is fast and free transitionally. DPoS means delegated proof of stage consensus for security that network which propagates, checks and cements blocks. boom.POW is the service which helps to prevent bad actors from spamming for free. it is a service provided by the community for the community, some of it feeds over into Nano services too. when Kalium isn't working (like lately) that is because Kalium API which talks to the nodes/connects you to the network, uses boom.POW exclusively, and boom.POW is being worked on. if this happens, your funds are safely on the blockchain, you simply need to put your seed into another wallet (which is not where your funds are stored they are on chain, it is simply an interface to communicate and access through). https://thebananostand.com/ is the newest updated, maintained and recommended wallet, when boom.POW is offline, it sets the small bit of POW to local/client side, resolving any connectivity issues. (in VAULT wallet, you can do this in settings yourself).

BAN FAM COMMUNITY CALL #36 RECAP!
Some Bananos services are currently experiencing issues (Kalium...). It's getting solved, so you can just wait. But if you need to access your Bananos urgently, you can use some wallet alternatives: https://thebananostand.com/, https://vault.banano.cc/, Potassius, Dagchat...

I am getting a lot of stuck receivable transactions on Kalium Wallet today. Any ways to fix this?
Your transactions are on chain. Try thebananostand.com it should work. My faucet went down with kalium api too. So I switched to the bananostand api and it's working now.

What are the best projects for running on a raspberry pi 4 (8gb)?
Generally in terms of best to run for earning GRC it's math > physics > health augmented by CPU/GPU. You can get an idea of which those are by looking at the whitelist on gridcoin.us. I would avoid sidock for pis, iirc their workunits are very read/write heavy which isn't great for an SD-card based system.

Crypto mining on macOS?
I run BOINC with Gridcoin… but you’re likely not going to make much, if anything, after electricity. It’s for science tho :)

Universe@home, Gone or Missing?
I noticed Universe@home is no longer showing in my wallet whitelist, but cannot find anything on it being removed from GRC. This might be a dumb question, but can anyone give me a link to what happened? I don't see anything on this sub and https://gridcoin.us/ still shows it whitelisted, but I know that's slow to update at times.
