Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Terraform with Terragrunt
Good point. What do you consider stacks? I have been following along with the CloudPosse world and the stack config i linked to, which does something similar but i think they are overkill for my environment.

I should also state that teams have solved this orthogonality issue without terragrunt - Teams like Cloud Posse have come up with an alternative. I am not a huge fan of this approach as IMHO it's more complicated than just using terragrunt, but it's an option for you.

Migrating to TF Cloud - file(Ndecode()) - best practices
From initial research it seems like i can move these into the modules and then call them with ${path.module}/rest/of/path/file.yaml, which any time i changed the config file i would need to run terraform init -upgrade, (-upgrade may not be needed) or i could use github_repsitory_file, or something like clouposse's provider for local and remote yaml, but only use it in a remote fashion.
What are some alternatives?
