Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

PagerDuty Community Year in Review: 2022
When I joined PagerDuty back in 2019 one of the first things I was introduced to was the Terraform Provider for PagerDuty. It was an extremely active project that was created and run completely by members of the community. PagerDuty had no official involvement at the time.

PagerDuty Community Update August 26, 2022
The PagerDuty Terraform provider v2.6.0 was released last week. This release adds a new data source for pagerduty_users along with other changes.

Keycloak – Open-Source Identity and Access Management Interview
The Terraform provider[1] unfortunately is 3rd party and as such doesn't bring and guarantees of correctness other than that of the maintainer. It would be nice to see Keycloak provide an official solution for configuration management other than the K8s operator which is missing a lot of features.
