What does `-> null` mean in a terraform plan?
This provider's implementation is using some additional custom abstractions on top of the official Terraform SDK so I'm not super confident in navigating its code but I think block_fastly_service_domain.go is the file defining the schema for this domain block.

null_resources are very scary since there's no way pass in provider credentials
When the helm provider is literally broken when trying to install istio onto a cluster
