Replacement for replica_count in rds-aurora module
replica_count was replaced with instances. Please check upgrade guide for more details.

Terraform Aurora PostgreSQL help -- read replica
I don't have an answer for you, but I got an Aurora Postgres db up and running with a read replica using terraform-aws-modules/rds-aurora/aws. There might be some clues in the source for how to get this working. Good luck!
